• Weekend Rates are for Friday and Saturday (per night).
• A 20% Deposit is required on all advance reservations (minimum $100) with balance due upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
• A "14 Day" Cancellation notice, prior to arrival date, is required for return of deposit.
• A 10% Discount for Reservations for 4 Weeks Occupancy or more.
• A 15% Discount for Reservations for 8 Weeks Occupancy or more.
• Renter is responsible for careless damages that occur during stay.
• There is an unterstood damage deposit for any careless damage to room & premises during stay.
• An additional cleaning fee ($35 + $10 per hour) will occur if the unit is not left in reasonable condition.
• There is a $200 fine and immediate removal for pets and/or parties!
• Facilities are for registered guests ONLY. Sorry, no visitors.
• Ask front desk about our half day charge for late check-out.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash and Traveler´s Checks.
